Bird's Eye Chilli
Red Shallots
Olive Oil
Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
3 Tbsp Soya Sauce
Mint Leaves
Flank Steak
1. Season the flank steak with salt and black pepper and grill it medium well
2. Mix the Bird's Eye Chilli, Red Shallots and Mint Leaves along with the Olive Oil, Fish Sauce, Lime Juice and Soya Sauce
3. Mix half of the sauce with the softened Vermicelli
4. Garnish it with sliced steak and drizzle another layer of sauce
